Smart Recording (DVR learns your habits and captures shows automatically). My Own Channel (assembles a personalized channel of favorites). Music Recording (keep 20-40 hours of favorite music programming on demand).
For my company MP3tunes, Cablevision is a great precedent that confirms our vision of 'your music everywhere.' The law is now clear that centralized recording done at the user's direction is legal.
