Most people don't know that Android phones come with a fully stocked Amazon MP3 store. Buying a song is as easy as a search, a click, and your Amazon password. But then the song is stuck on your phone until you remember to cable it to your computer.
What's needed is an automatic way to get music off the phone, and MP3tunes has an industry-first solution: wireless syncing to the cloud. Open the MP3tunes app on Android, select a song, choose Upload, and it's transmitted to your music locker. Once there, it's permanently in your library, automatically downloaded to your PCs, and streamable from any iPhone, Android, iPad, or internet radio.
The music industry should be excited. If every phone is a vending machine, that's a few billion more retail outlets to take the place of vanishing record stores. Even a small conversion rate could yield meaningful revenue.
