How Friendly is it?

When you walk into a computer store you'll see an 'M' or 'W' icon on packaging for Mac or Windows support, but you won't see an 'L' for Linux. We need to change this. A growing list of manufacturers like Epson are investing in supplying Linux drivers for their entire scanner and printer lines.

We've created Lfriendly.com to help make it easy to quickly find and identify 'Linux friendly' companies. Lfriendly.com guides you to Linux-friendly choices AND helps you save money with an integrated price search engine. You can browse a list of vendors who sell Linux pre-loaded computers, and find recommendations for all essential parts if you want to build a Linux-friendly computer.

By spending your dollars on Lfriendly companies and products, you're helping Linux grow even faster because more companies will see the economic importance of being Lfriendly.

Hunting for the X-File Ghost

AI will soon rule the world. It will decide if you paid your taxes, qualify for a mortgage, whether your kid is admitted to university, if someone is eligible for parole, if you've been naughty on social media, etc. EVERYTHING. But what happens if it's WRONG? Here's an unbelievable and ominous situation where a cybersecurity company publishes a report stating an American company was part of a Chinese cybercriminal organization. The story spread around the world. One enormous problem: the software they claim as evidence doesn't exist, but nobody bothered to research it. No news site. No security companies. Nobody. Well, I decided to research it, and here's my results.
